This research examines employment quality among internal migrants in Peruvian urban areas during 2019-2020. Using a decent work framework, we developed an index and found that employment quality deteriorated overall. Through generalized ordinal logistic regression, we determined no significant relationship between migrant status and the employment quality index, though certain sociodemographic and labor characteristics associated with migrants correlated with lower employment quality.
